Andrew WaddellExecutive, Business, and Life Coaching
After 20 years in the corporate world, several in highly stressful leadership roles, it took an emotional breakdown for me to realise I needed help and new path forward. I now live a balanced life, according to my values, and with a real sense of purpose and satisfaction.
I passionately believe that if men reach out for support sooner, then they can not only avoid stagnation and depression but find their true selves, making the most of their time and energy.
As The MidLife Coach I specialise in working with midlife men who are:
- Struggling with an aspect of their lives - be that career satisfaction, the role of parent or partner, or a sense of direction for the future. They currently feel unfulfilled, frustrated and stuck in a rut. They often feel angry and know this has a negative effect on their relationships. They want to refind their purpose, a sense of fulfilment in how they spend their time and, ultimately, happiness
- Looking for self-growth and affirmation - work and life might be in a great place, perhaps a significant change has been undertaken, and now they want to ensure that this new course is aligned with their values and beliefs. They want the confidence and affirmation to own the next phase of their life, prioritising their time effectively, managing their boundaries and taking up their own authority to live their lives as they want.
The MidLife Coach Programme is the first step for those looking to be in control of their lives, overcome doubts or self-limitations, and realise their potential for happiness and fulfilment. It's an 8 session programme over 2-4 months, with weekly exercises and access to a WhatsApp journal space.
OnlineI also provide my services online.
