I am a cognitive behavioural therapist/health coach with over 15 years of experience in health and well-being. I've worked in rehabilitation for over 10 years, helping people become the best version of themselves. I achieve this by understanding my own challenges and victories. I engage in an open, trusting environment with a connection that encourages others to grow. My passion is helping others challenge their own limiting self-beliefs, thus bringing them to a space of self-acceptance and positive change.
My key strengths and qualifications include cognitive behavioural therapy nutrition and body management (mind, body, and soul), resilience and confidence building, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, 1-1 coaching, and group coaching. My background is in health psychology. I have a master's in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am qualified in motivational interviewing and life coaching.
I believe that we all have struggles. From time to time, we need support to understand ourselves to overcome our difficulties. I offer knowledge, support, and my own struggles and victories to encourage an open, trusting relationship. I believe I am here to help others understand thoughts and manage behaviours that no longer serve their greater selves.
