Why do I have to pay to find a coach?
We designed the Personalised Matching Service because we can see how people can struggle to find the right coach. It can be time-consuming and frustrating to sift through the available options, only to decide and then discover your chosen coach isn't available when you are. With the Personalised Matching Service, we search our database, and approach coaches on your behalf. So if you're short on time or need extra support, then the Personalised Matching Service is a good option for you. This isn't the only option, however. You can also use our questionnaire to find a coach too.
How quickly will I get a match?
This can vary depending on the complexity of your issue – e.g.: time or budget limitations, or very specific requirements – but usually within three working days.
Is my first coaching session included?
No, the first coaching session is not included in the Personalised Matching Service fee, but we will find you a coach within your budget. Many coaches offer a free initial phone conversation so you can talk to them prior to deciding to meet them.
What if I don't like the matched coach?
Let us know and we'll find you someone else. There's no extra charge if you want us to match you with someone different.
