I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor who is passionate about helping you to be the best version of yourself. I offer in-person and online/telephone counselling. I am committed to providing you with a safe, fully confidential, non-judgmental space to allow you to explore, process and make peace with anything you need to make peace with.

I provide effective, individualised care for a number of personal issues including anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship issues and bereavement and couples therapy to name but a few. I use a person centred and pluralistic counselling approach which incorporates CBT, Gestalt and Psychodynamic elements, which will be reflexive to your individual needs.
