For me seeing a therapist was life changing. At first I wasn’t convinced that it would be beneficial, but after just a few sessions I learned so much about myself and my behaviour. Counselling is one of the best things I have ever done – the value it has added to my life is absolutely priceless – my relationships are better and I am happier. Not only do I feel more whole as a person I am able to better understand those around me. I would encourage anyone to try counselling and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed to.
