Sophie Parker
Cognitive behaviour hypnotherapistAbout Me
Highly recommended by British Vogue and Sheerluxe.
Based in triyoga Ealing and online.
Hello, I'm Sophie and I am cognitive hypnotherapist and founder of London-based mind health and wellbeing practice, The Inner. I work with people from all walks of life on issues that have left them feeling stuck and unable to move forwards with their lives, so they can start making positive and healthier choices.
I believe the unconscious is the key to eliciting change, and I help guide my clients to connect with unconscious to free them from patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back.
In addition to individual therapy sessions, I also run hypnobirthing courses to help provide mothers and their partners with the tools and techniques to creative a positive and calm experience into parenthood, from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern, holistic and flexible approach influenced by cognitive theory, neuroscience, evolutionary psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It utilises a range of techniques and tools including Timeline Regression, EMI (Eye Movement Integration), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping), among many others to equip and empower the mind to resolve and fix its own issues.
How I can help
I support my clients with a range of issues that may be affecting the way they think and feel about things in their life, from stress and anxiety to negative behaviour and habits such as smoking and binge drinking, as well as issues related to eating, confidence and low self-esteem. Issues that may have left them feeling stuck and unable to move forwards with their lives.
The process
I am wholeheartedly committed to the clients I work with, which is why I only work with a handful of people at any one time. Before we agree to work together, we will have a conversation on the phone to see whether I am the right person to coach and support you. My goal in therapy is to ensure that my clients progress, which is why I only work with clients if I feel confident that I can help elicit positive and lasting change.

Fees
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is an efficacious therapy that can create immediate results in a relatively short time, but key to making changes permanent is consistency and cumulative impact. I recommend at a minimum clients commit to a minimum of three-session before the effectiveness of treatment is evaluated.
