Sigal Shalev Integrative psychotherapist , N2
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working in London N2 and N10. I work relationally, offering a safe, confidential environment in which you can openly explore whatever may be on your mind, in your own time – whether it be a specific problem or general stuckness.
I have experience of working with emotions such as anger and anxiety, and have worked with many clients who have experienced childhood trauma.
I tend to work as holistically as possible – taking into consideration my clients’ mind, body, culture, race, spiritual beliefs, age, physical ability, and whatever else may seem important.
Where relevant, both short and long-term counselling may look at your relational patterns, habits and beliefs that may be contributing to your reason for seeking counselling.
Some people can find it difficult to approach a therapist for help. Recognising and respecting this, I will try to make this process as comfortable for you as I can.
