Sarvin Afarinesh Integrative psychotherapist , SE1
I offer a warm and engaging approach to looking at how we can best support you in your situation. I will work with you to find out what you need to live a more fulfilling life-how you can help make change and how to cope with the really difficult things that are out of your control.
I am a multi- cultural and bi-lingual Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, meaning I can work with you short or long term with an integrative approach of psychodynamic, humanistic and body awareness. I have experience working with a wide range of clients in organisations, including EAPs and academic institutions. I also see clients privately with a special interest in working with diversity/difference and cultural displacement and identity issues.
If you feel you want space to explore difficult aspects of your life or you need support from an objective perspective, therapy could be a great place to start. Contact me if you are interested in how I can support you and we can meet for an initial session to decide if we would like to work together.
