I'm an integrative therapist, which means I combine different types of therapy to focus on your needs, hopes and aims.

Therapy is your space, where you can bring whatever is on your mind. You might want to explore your thoughts and emotions, to learn more about yourself, or to find more self-confidence and fulfilment in your life. I'll support you as we look at the emotions and beliefs that are holding you back and help you find ways to move forward. I know from my own experience that expressing yourself — and really being heard —  can give you the space you need to flourish.

I offer online and indoor sessions, in Bloomsbury /Holborn and in Archway. I also hold walk and talk or nature therapy in central/north London parks. Spending time in green spaces and by water has been shown to enhance physical and mental health and can enhance the experience of therapy. I welcome clients who wish to combine their therapy sessions with the benefits of walking or sitting in natural surroundings.
