Rebecca Harris
Couple therapy psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a very experienced psychotherapist who has worked with couples, families and individuals in the NHS and private sector for over 18 years. Since 2004 I have specialised in working with families and couples - both heterosexual and LGBT - affected by their own or another's addiction. My clients have often experienced early life or relationship trauma and have come to use a number of unhelpful coping strategies - such as substance use or problematic eating - in an effort to manage their feelings. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect on these issues and to find positive ways of addressing and moving on from them.
I am a Director of the London Family Therapy Partnership in Harley Street.
