Are you feeling stuck in an unhealthy relationship? Are you wanting to heal from abuse in your past and move on with your life? I specialise in helping people who have experienced or are still experiencing abusive/narcissistc relationships; this often involves trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, shame and issues of loss - whenever this happened to you. I am experienced in working with all forms of abuse, emotional, physical, sexual or financial.
It was from my own lived-experience that I decided to change career. In my previous working life I was a health professional - then following my own difficulties I re-trained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and I am also a certified clinical trauma professional. I don't consider my work to be a job - it is very much a way of life!
I provide both short-term (10 to 12 sessions) and long-term (no time limit) psychotherapeutic counselling and I will listen and support you in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space. Contact me for a free initial 20 minute chat.

Training and qualifications
I studied at Metanoia Institute in London and Wantage Counselling and Training Alliance near Oxford and I have a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. At Metanoia I studied Humanistic Psychotherapy ( Gestalt, Person-centred and Transactional Analysis) at Wantage I studied Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic and Psychosynthesis counselling.
