About Me

I offer psychotherapy for individuals in English and Portuguese.
I am a Brazilian psychotherapist who moved to England in 2018. Over the years, I have gained professional experience, assisting clients in various areas of life. This includes addressing family issues and guiding parents on their parenting journey, as well as dealing with topics such as self-awareness, self-esteem, symptoms of depression and anxiety. I've also explored challenges in the professional field and had the privilege of supporting clients in these aspects and beyond.

My approach involves creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to freely express their thoughts and emotions, aiming towards the process of individuation. This process is about gaining greater awareness of the factors that influence how a person relates to the entirety of their psychological, interpersonal, and cultural experiences. I have an international client base.

It's a process that requires patience, commitment and trust. Session by session, we delve deeper into understanding who you are and explore paths to authenticity and profound discoveries.

Training and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Master's degree in Psychology in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I have engaged in courses that explore and deepen the understanding of depression, childhood trauma and its impact on adult life, as well as the expansive expression through art. I have also participated in courses focused on Jungian theory, including its foundational concepts and advanced studies.

As a researcher, I am particularly interested in how affectivity can influence learning relationships within schools. My final undergraduate thesis and my master's research were centred on this theme.
Currently, my focus has expanded to include studies in gender, sexualities, and feminism.
