I have been working for nearly 10 years across different settings including NHS primary and secondary care psychological services, charity, university counselling and bereavement services. I work integratively, drawing from different approaches depending on your needs and preferences.

I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist I have completed the taught component of my doctoral-level clinical training. I have submitted my final thesis and awaiting Viva. I draw on different therapeutic modalities including Third-Wave Cognitive Therapies (such as ACT), CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Existential, Ecotherapy and Body-Oriented approaches.

I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental and open space for us to explore what matters to you.

I have worked and happy to work with a range of difficulties from mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolarity and trauma to everyday struggles of being a human being faced with life's ups and downs, changes and losses. At times the aim is to find deeper meanings, connections and fulfilment; other times the depth of suffering might stop us from functioning on a day-to-day basis.

I tailor my approach based on your unique needs and values. I believe therapy happens in the context of a relationship we build together. Currently I offer short-term, long-term and flexible forms of therapy, meaning that we can agree on the number and frequency of our sessions together.

I see clients in a comfortable and beautiful therapy room about 2 minutes walk from Liverpool st station.

From March-October, in addition to therapy room sessions, I offer optional daytime 'walk and talk' sessions in Highgate Wood, Hampstead Heath, Epping Forest and Hackney Marshes.
