About Me

I am an integrative counsellor and yoga therapist, working in South Norwood and Crystal Palace in London, and online. I work with anyone experiencing difficulties in ther life. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety and somatic distress. I also specialise in pre- and post-natal mental health and fertility issues.

My therapeutic approach is based on creating an empathic, safe space for you to nurture self-awareness, explore, resolve or reconcile with troubling or distressing feelings and experiences.

I am able to offer face to face sessions in my therapy rooms in South Norwood and Crystal Palace, online sessions and walk and talk therapy in Crystal Palace Park and Grangewood Park.

Counselling sessions take place weekly and last for 50 minutes. I tend to work within an open-ended model of therapy, which enables clients to go at their own pace and reach a deeper level of healing and self-growth.

An initial assessment session gives us the opportunity to establish whether we will be a good fit for each other and gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have about our sessions or counselling in general.
