About Me

Welcome. Whether you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or anger or are finding it difficult to communicate with someone you are close to or are fighting off depression or suffering from bereavement, I will listen to you with respect. As an experienced Psychosynthesis counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who also uses CBT tools and techniques, I can help you find your direction again, realise the choices you have and act on them. I offer LGBT+ affirmative therapy and have a particular interest in helping people put together their sexuality/gender identity with their spirituality in a life-enhancing way. Please see my website for more details and client testimonials.
