About Me

Are you feeling depressed, stressed and anxious? Do you feel as if you are held back by other issues such as relationship problems, anger management difficulties, phobias, self-confidence issues or abuse - physical, sexual or emotional?  Have you been traumatised by other frightening events - either as a child or as an adult and are still struggling with the after effects?

If you're reading this you've probably decided that you've had enough and that the time has come to change things. Struggle is exhausting. I certainly don't have all the answers but there's a good chance I can help. I offer a calm, confidential environment where, together, we can locate the inner source or sources of your difficulties. Processing these inner difficulties will pave the way to accepting, managing or changing your life and thus help you move into a more comfortable way of being.  I believe that attuning to your inner life - your reactions, responses, beliefs, feelings and sensations - is the key to good health on all levels: mental, emotional and physical.

I work with couples and individuals by drawing upon the many theoretical and practical ideas and creative processes which I have trained in over the last 30 years. I remain passionate and committed to incorporating the most helpful methods as I can. For the last 5 years I have trained in and specialise in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) - a most effective and powerful technique for helping those suffering from PTSD or trauma specifically but it can also be used for many other problems which have difficult and unpleasant experiences at their root. Please see my trauma website called

I work face-to-face and I also use video-conferencing.
