I bring natural warmth and creativity to my work as a therapist. I'm passionate about offering space for my clients to connect with their vitality, their capacity to heal and grow. As an integrative psychotherapist I draw on a range of approaches to offer you a personal experience of therapy suited to your individual needs.

I offer talking therapy to help you resource yourself in what may be difficult, painful, or confusing circumstances. Where words fail you, or get in the way, I also offer the possibility of creative and artistic expression. Working with various art materials, methods, and movement, we can give expression to our innermost feelings and thoughts in ways that simply ‘talking about’ our issues may not touch on. No previous experience of working with the arts is necessary.

Training and qualifications

I completed a rigorous training in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy (MA) at the Institute Of Arts In Therapy And Education, London, passing with distinction.

In addition to private practice, I hold a part-time position in palliative care, working with adults, families and children, at Royal Trinity Hospice, London. I also teach a weekly dance class, offering space for creative, expressive movement.

Prior to my professional training I was employed in a variety of mental health settings, in the NHS and charitable organisations.

I charge £60 per session.

I also offer a number of reduced fee places for students and those on low incomes.
