Jo Spooner Integrative counsellor , KT6

Counselling can offer a safe space for you to explore difficult, sometimes painful, issues that may be affecting you and in time will enable you to move forward in to a happier, more fulfilling place.

I work from a quiet and confidential counselling room in Surbiton where I provide talking therapy to adults and young people (13+) with a range of emotional issues such as:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Social Phobias
  • Feelings of being overwhelmed
  • Bullying
  • Bereavement
  • Low self esteem

As a counsellor, I do not give advice; I provide a space where I can support you in exploring thoughts and feelings in greater depth. The counselling process is a journey of self-awareness and discovery.

I work in a down to earth, compassionate manner offering empathy and support along the way.
