About Me

Struggling with anxiety, interpersonal challenges, or unhelpful schemas? These are all areas I support my clients with.

As a registered clinical hypnotherapist with certifications in resilience building and stress management, I use hypnosis as a powerful tool to facilitate positive change. This technique promotes relaxation and focus, allowing you to deeply engage with various life situations and experiment with new behaviours and perspectives in a safe, imaginative environment.

I often integrate hypnosis with somatic approaches, such as body scans and polyvagal stimulation, to create a holistic connection between body and mind. This method helps access past experiences, address underlying issues, and release subconscious tensions.

In our first session, we will explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to understand how they impact your current situation. Subsequent sessions will build on this foundation, examining your behaviour patterns, schemas, and thinking habits, as well as their physical manifestations. Together, we will delve into your present and past to identify areas for change.

Using hypnosis, we will work to empower you to make these changes, find healthier ways of living, and release past traumas. Additionally, I employ acceptance and mindfulness techniques to increase psychological flexibility and help you distance yourself from painful or destructive thoughts.

I primarily practice in my premises in London, N1, where you can expect a confidential, comforting, and tranquil environment. My approach is always non-judgemental and supportive.

Before transitioning to this career, I was the Head of a Digital Design Team in London. Although these careers may seem unrelated, my previous role provided me with a deep understanding of work-related stress, workplace dynamics, relationships, communication, and commercial pressures.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to well-being.
