Ivy Kirk Hypnotherapy psychotherapist , SE15
I can offer high-quality therapeutic interventions, designed around your needs and desired therapeutic outcomes. I combine clinical hypnotherapy with well validated models of psychotherapy: humanistic, cognitive behavioural, systemic, psychodynamic, Jungian and Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness.
My therapeutic practice is informed by my experience of counselling children and adolescents and my formal background is in developmental psychopathology. Moving away from detection and assessment, to healing interventions, I recognised the need for a more positive, creative and versatile approach, to fully engage the mind in our process of change and healing.
During our initial meeting, we can explore your current situation and difficulties, expectations and aspirations. It is also an opportunity for you to find out more about the process and ask any questions, so that we can make an informed decision about whether this approach is right for you.
