Harriet Frew Integrative counsellor , CB5
I am an experienced therapist specialising in eating disorders/disordered eating and body image issues. I have worked in this field for 15 years including time working in an NHS specialist service; private practice and also in the voluntary sector. I have personal experience of Bulimia Nervosa and have made a full recovery from this. I work on presenting issues but also explore the problem in more depth. I believe that combining these two approaches is the way to bring about sustainable change. I offer one-to-one; group and family work. I am passionate about supporting people to overcome problems with eating and I look forward to hearing from you.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Cambridge and London; I also offer Skype and telephone support.
