Harriet Frew Integrative therapist , CB5
I am an experienced therapist and trainer specialising in eating disorders and body image issues. I am currently working full-time for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust in the Adult Eating Disorder Service, based at Addenbrookes Hospital (Cambridge).
I also have a private practice but am not taking on additional clients at the moment for weekly therapy. However, I am now offering breakthrough sessions for clients - see my website for more details.
I also am offering training days in eating disorders and body image for counsellors, nutritionists and other mental health professionals. Please do get in touch for more information.
I am passionate about supporting people in eating disorder recovery. I blog regularly for Welldoing; Health Unlocked and on my own website, and have been featured in Psychologies Magazine, Planet Mindful, Mail Online and Boots Health and Beauty Magazine.
