Graham Johnston
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
My approach is based on significant developments from the last few decades, which show how intimate relationships filled with stress, neglect and trauma can cause damaging responses such as anger, fear, withdrawal, depression and anxiety. Crucially, I am trained to help undo those responses through a relationship with you where it feels safe enough to explore your fears, pains and anxieties.
I am Co-Director of the London Centre for Applied Psychology at www.lcap.co.uk, where we offer evidence-based online training for everyday clinical challenges in mental health.
I am experienced in helping those with trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions and intimacy issues. I particularly love working with young adults and couples struggling to make their relationships work. As well as face-to-face sessions, I offer online video and email sessions using encrypted software.
