About Me

I work with clients as young as 11 to 80 years old. My approach puts the client at the front and they decide what they'd like to work on on each session. Taking a first step is never easy, but I will be there to help you work what is stopping you living a happy life.

If you've been struggling to find a healthy relationship, we will explore negative patterns and attachment styles that are not working for you and you may begin to understand them which  will help you to make positive changes set the boundaries and improve your relationships. You may have a negative view of yourself after years of believing external views of yourself by others. By talking and exploring the way you view yourself, you may start to understand who you truly are and expand your potentials while working on your self worth. I understand how sexual abuse, abusive relationships can affect your life and the way you form your new relationships. I'm here to listen and help you heal. I'm a firm believer we all have a potential to heal ourselves and be the best version of us. If you have recently or a while ago lost someone and are still struggling with grief I will listen and understand and work through all your stages of mourning to see where you are stuck and need healing.

I'm widely experienced in dealing with PMDD and promote a body positivity and intuitive eating.

I strive to create a good therapeutic relationship with my clients and everything discussed in our session is confidential.

The only exception when confidentiality could be broken is when you disclose a danger of serious harm to yourself and others.

I am a registered member of BACP and work within their ethical framework.

My sessions are 50 minutes long and I work face to face, online, phone or outdoor therapy.

Please get in touch for a free 10- 15 minute phone call consultation to see if I'm the right therapist for you, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
