Frances is accredited by the BACP and adheres to their code of Ethics and Practice. She is also a senior accredited member of the NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists); a founding member of the Coaching Division of the BACP; a member of BAPT (British Association of Play Therapists) and AAMET (Association of Meridian Energy Therapists).
She has spent 20 years working in her own successful private practice seeing adults and children. She spent 14 years working as a part-time specialist in the NHS working with children, teenagers and their families within two CAMHS teams. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including 'Psychologies' magazine, Staffordshire and Derbyshire lifestyle magazines, professional journals e.g. BACP's Children and Young People's journal and The British Journal of School Nursing. She has also been interviewed several times on BBC local radio.
Over recent years Frances has developed a bespoke, highly specialist approach to her work that seamlessly integrates key elements of cunselling and coaching into a unique, highly effective service for individuals who are committed to their personal development. She offers three-day intensive therapy retreats and 'VIP' days to her clients, in addition to hour long appointments, and also provides training and self-care support to professionals.
Her clients come from all walks of life, and include high profile individuals in the public eye who particularly value the absolute discretion and completely confidential environment she is able to offer.

Frances’ professional fees start from £95 per hour during the day and £105 per hour after 5pm.
Assessments for Children and Young People are charged at £125 during the day, and £135 after 5pm.
Frances offers a limited number of concessionary places in her practice.
