Hi there, I'm Frances. I am a supportive and experienced Therapeutic Counsellor working with Children, Young People and Adults of all ages. I offer a safe, non judgemental space to explore whatever is worrying you. Having someone to listen to and offload can really make a difference.
I work from a Client Centred model, incorporating aspects of CBT and Psychodynamic therapy.

I provide Counselling for a wide spectrum of losses, having trained and worked in a Service in the largest London Borough. I have worked with extended family, partners, parents, siblings and carers. My work covers complex and traumatic bereavement, loss of a child, sudden death, loss from addiction, multiple losses amongst other losses.
I have extensive experience in loss and complex trauma across all ages. This includes PTSD and attachment issues. Exploring early attachment helps you to understand patterns in later life.

I work with you as a client at the heart of my work, giving you support at your own pace. As humans I understand feelings of self doubt, worry and difficult emotions.
My service is fully accessible at both locations. I also work in a service in North Kent counselling children, adolescents and adults, and Supervising Trainee and Qualified Counsellors. Extensive NHS setting experience.
