I offer counselling and psychological therapy as an HCPC and BPS registered Clinical Psychologist and mindfulness practitioner. I also have training as a midwife, and specialise in offering psychological support to women during pregnancy, the perinatal period, and in the long-term transition to becoming a parent. I offer both individual psychological therapy and group work, running Mindfulness based childbirth and parenting groups, as well as postnatal mindfulness sessions for mothers and infants. I offer individual therapy through Mummas Wellbeing (www.mummaswellbeing.com).

My work draws upon a range of specialist gold standard treatments and therapies, including cognitive behavioural, solution focused and compassion focused approaches, helping clients to explore and improve past, current or future concerns. I work together with clients, using different approaches flexibly, depending on your needs and preferences.
I have worked extensively as a Clinical Psychologist, both within the NHS and private sector. I currently work part-time within a specialist NHS Perinatal Psychology Service in London, and prior to this enjoyed working within the Women's Health Division of a major London teaching hospital. I have published research in peer reviewed journals, as well as writing for undergraduate textbooks and magazines.
