About Me

Hello. I’m an experienced psychodynamic therapist with an approachable and authentic attitude, ready to work with you on whatever it is that’s overwhelming you right now.

I work with adults both online and in person from my consulting rooms in King’s Cross.

The way I work is to talk and think together with you about what you are finding distressing in your life, keeping your past in mind as we do.

Meeting weekly, we will explore your patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour with a view to better understanding your unconscious motivations and habits. As we progress in the work and build our therapeutic relationship, we will be working towards you understanding yourself a whole lot better and feeling seen, heard and cared for.

The first step towards starting therapy with me is for us to have a brief chat (free of charge) to get a sense of whether you and I are a good fit and why you feel therapy might be beneficial for you at this particular time in your life. Let’s talk, then we’ll take it from there.
