Elizabeth Hill Integrative counsellor , S10
I am an integrative practitioner, this means I put the relationship between the client and therapist at the centre of the work. Counselling works by helping the client find a safe space where they can be heard, where they can share their story without being judged and reflect on how it affects them, offering a chance to think about their choices and if they choose, make changes in their daily life. My aim is to respond to the challenges and issues you are facing with empathy and understanding so that together we can help you find a way of coping, healing and moving forward.
In this current crisis we are facing as professionals, parents and carers we are all having to find new ways to cope, to live our lives and sometimes deal with trauma on a daily basis. If you would like to arrange to see me in order to find a space to talk about how you are affected by the Coronavirus please do get in touch, it may only be a one off session but I happy to work with you in what ever capacity you need and hope I can be of some help.
