About Me

www.chloenolantherapy.com

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working in the NHS and in private practice. I've 15 years experience seeing clients with many issues such as eating disorders and anxiety, but have particular experience with people who have been through bereavement and depression.

Therapy sessions will give space for you to communicate what you may have struggled to talk about in the past, and will help you to recognise and understand unwanted behaviour and patterns of thought. Talking about the most difficult experiences or the most difficult parts of oneself can be challenging, but is also an essential part of development and change. I offer a talking treatment which allows clients to learn about themselves, and to explore complicated internal experiences, with confidence and compassion.

I am TSP, BACP and BPC registered and abide by the strict code of ethics and confidentiality.

My consultation rooms are in Bloomsbury Square. I also offer online or telephone sessions.

You can email me direct to enquire about a consultation - [email protected]

Fees

Initially we can talk on the phone so that I can get an idea of what brings you to psychotherapy and to give us a chance to organise an in-person (preferable) or online consultation. The consultation will give us the opportunity to understand more about each other. You will be able to learn more about the therapy process, and I will be able to have some time to think about your difficulties and how they are best treated.  If we both think it is appropriate, we can move onto thinking about starting sessions, either in person or online.

My fee is £90 for ongoing sessions. Consultations are £120. I offer some discounted session and consultation rates, depending on your circumstances.
