Carly WebbIntegrative psychotherapist
Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or looking for support?
Private therapy offers you the chance to explore your challenges with someone who is independent and non-judgemental.
I am the Founder and Director of Vitus Wellbeing (www.vituswellbeing.com) – I practice for Vitus Wellbeing myself and am lucky to have an incredibly experienced team of Expert Psychotherapists working alongside me to support more people in need.
I personally work with adults and adolescents (of secondary-school age and above).
Alongside my own practice, I run a psychotherapy clinic for the Priory Hospital in Roehampton.
As an integrative therapist, I use psychodynamic, person centred and CBT theory and techniques to best support you and your needs.
I am experienced in working with: Anger, anxiety, abuse (adult, child, sexual, domestic, physical, financial, emotional), bereavement, bullying, career dilemmas, depression, dream interpretations, exam stress, family struggles, identity crises, ill-health, infertility or pregnancy complications, low self-esteem or confidence, relationship difficulties (whether romantic, professional or friendships), sexual difficulties, stress, trauma and feeling lost in life or without direction
Our wider team of Psychotherapists and Counsellors at Vitus Wellbeing are pleased to be able to help children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
You are welcome to come and see us alone, or to come with your partner or wider family. We can also offer individual therapy to multiple family members if required. We work face-to-face from our suite of therapy rooms in Fulham, and we work online via Zoom.
Our therapists are all highly qualified, experienced and passionate about their work. They will work with you to identify your difficulties, to understand the root cause(s) of them and to find a more positive way forward. We help you to take control of your life once again.
Therapy can be long-term, short-term or open-ended, depending upon your goals, your time commitments and your budget. Therapy sessions usually take place once a week, at the same time each week, for 50 minutes
Finding the right therapist isn't always easy. Contact me to arrange an introductory session or for advice on how to find the right fit for you.
