About Me

I am a BACP registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. I work in private practice in central London, EC2, W2 and within the NHS. I have experience of working with a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships and sexual abuse.

My background working at board level in the arts, design and national media gives me an insight into the inherent pressures of stressful and demanding professional environments. My consulting room is a space where clients can bring uncomfortable and distressing issues in the knowledge that they will be considered without judgement and in total confidence. I work with adult individuals and see clients once or twice weekly. I offer both long-term and short-term work and will discuss with the client what might best suit their needs. I will endeavour to answer enquiries within 24 hours. All communication is confidential.
