Beatrice Mascione Integrative therapist , N12
Difficulties that prevent us from living the life we want can be extremely painful. When our ways of coping with challenges seem less effective than they used to, its normal to feel powerless and overwhelmed. T
Talking to family and friends may not always be possible, but therapy can be an opportunity to get an unbiased opinion on your issues.
I will support you to identify areas you may find difficult to manage. In a non-judgemental environment, I will help you find the strength within yourself to make changes and become who you want to be.
Integrating principles from psychodynamic and humanistic theories I believe that by exploring the struggles of the past you will reconnect to your story and chose the outcome you feel you deserve. As sometimes finding the words can be hard, I work creatively, using alternative ways to better support your self-expression and exploration.
