Welcome to my profile. My name is Anna Dubert and I am a qualified and registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, NLP Therapist, and Coach based in London.

I trained at the Gestalt Centre and Metanoia Institute in London and received a MSc in The Psychodynamics of Human Development from the Birkbeck University of London and an M.Phil from the University of Adam Mickiewicz. 

I completed a postgraduate diploma in coaching, as well as further training and have studied with some of the best trainers in the world such as the co-founders of NLP, Dr John Grinder and Richard Bandler, as well as world-renowned Hypnotherapists Paul McKenna.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a Relational Therapist with the NHS (East London NHS Foundation Trust), specifically with individuals who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse. My professional experience includes working as a Bereavement Counsellor at Royal Trinity Hospice and as a Therapist at SLCS Centre. Between January 2018 and October 2020, I served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Polish Association of Psychologists and as a coach, mentor and trainer for various Women’s Development Programmes.

I use a variety of tools to help you identify patterns in your life that are no longer serving you to live a complete and fulfilling life.
