Anita Gaspar Integrative psychotherapist , E8
I offer a respectful and confidential space in which to explore your life and talk about your current concerns. I will not give advice or judge you, but listen carefully and attempt, through my questions and reflections, to help you make sense of your situation and identify opportunities for change.
As an integrative counsellor, I have been trained in a range of theories and approaches which I incorporate into my work. In practical terms, this means that I see every client as an individual and seek to find a way of working that feels right for each one. The approaches that influence my work include psychodynamic, existential, relational, Jungian and humanistic.
I have worked with clients of different ages and backgrounds, including those whose first language is not English. These are some of the issues that I have had experience of dealing with: relationship problems, anxiety, life transitions, divorce, bereavement, depression, loneliness, identity issues, life crisis, desire to understand dreams.
