Amy Greiner Person-centred/humanistic psychotherapist , SW6
Specialist in cultural, anxiety and self-esteem based issues. I am a qualified and non-judgemental counsellor, dedicated to supporting you to explore and work through any issues that are holding you back from fully living. You may be feeling; anxious, depressed, confused, angry, overwhelmed or lost. Your current situation could be due to a specific incident or a series of influences/events, but whatever the reason you are here now because you are looking for something to change in your life.
Being of a mixed cultural background, and having lived in both the Caribbean and in the UK, has led me to have a deep curiosity about how our background and culture can shape and influence our everyday lives.
We can focus on cultural issues if appropriate, to understand how any conflicts or misunderstandings that these cultural differences may have caused your current concerns.
I believe that your understanding, acceptance and how you value yourself will allow you to overcome your concerns. Everything comes back to you.
