Alexander Gray
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I use an integrative approach to create a warm, safe place for exploration and expression. This allows me to fully witness my clients and work with what they present, rather than any judgements I or society might have.
Underpinning my practice is the belief that we are made up of mind, body and soul. Our essential qualities can be covered over by the stress of life and our environment. Our work is to reveal the soul nature underneath and find ways to heal and nourish the true self.
Specialist areas include focusing on suicide, divorce, death, bereavement, grief and loss. I am particularly interested in trauma work and how we can release it from our bodies. I am comfortable with what some clients can find embarrassing such as body issues, eating disorders and sexual fantasies.
Garden of Eadon may be of particular interest to those new to therapy, ex-boarders or travel and tourism professionals struggling with the effects of COVID-19 on the industry.
