About me

I am a psychotherapist who works with individual adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger issues, post-traumatic stress, bereavement and loss, and sudden and chronic illness.   I use an integrative approach and draw from a number of different theories and techniques. My overarching focus is relational - how we connect or fail to connect with others and how this affects every aspect of our lives.    My background is in the NHS cancer services where I provide psychotherapy to patients and their relatives, and facilitate reflective practice groups for clinicians. I have a special interest in cancer and the emotional impact of diagnosis and treatment.    If you are new to therapy, you may not be sure what to expect or where to start. I offer an initial free phone call that gives us a chance to discuss what you are looking for and address any questions you have about the therapy process.   Current availability: In-person sessions: Friday mornings Online sessions: Friday afternoons   Find out more about how I work by visiting my website www.reflectandexplore.co.uk
