About Me

I provide a safe and confidential space to explore feelings, thoughts and behaviour. I am particularly interested in the person's true nature and full potential. By engaging in a non-judgemental environment and a supportive relationship, I seek to help you to gain a better understanding of your struggle, and create better choices for yourself.

The integrative approach facilitates me to address individual client's needs in a collaborative process.I have experience of working with individuals regarding a wide range of issues and cultural backgrounds. This includes low mood, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, separation, work related stress, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, health anxiety, personality issues, anger management, bereavement, sexuality, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, identity and cultural issues.

For couples, my approach is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy

I have provided focused, short-term counselling and in-depth, long-term therapy with NHS IAPT service, Richmond Mind, and several charitable organisations.

I also offer counselling and psychotherapy to expatriates and immigrant adults, international students and individuals in inter-cultural relationships.

My previous career as a scriptwriter has led me to be particularly attended to clients' narratives. Each individual has their unique story to tell. Each contains elements of significant people, conflicts, struggles and resources. It may impact the way we see ourselves, others and the world. By engaging in the process of therapy, we may open up new possibilities and to rewrite our stories.
