About me

Talking about sex is hard, and it's often hardest with the people closest to us. If you're here, something has probably felt difficult for a while: desire that's faded or never matched your partner's, sex that hurts or has stopped altogether, erections that won't cooperate, or an intimate life that's drifted somewhere neither of you chose. All of it is more common than you'd think, and all of it can change. I'm a Relationship and Sex Therapist (Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapy, COSRT registered), and I work online with individuals and couples across the UK. Sessions are talking therapy only: no examinations, nothing physical, no judgement. My style is warm and direct. I'll never make you say more than you're ready to, but I'm also genuinely hard to shock, and naming things plainly is often where change starts. Everything starts with a free 15-minute call. Bring a sentence about what's brought you, and we'll take it from there.
