About me
About Sarah Sarah specialises in offering creative indoor/outdoor therapies to deal with wide ranging issues from anxiety, depression, gender issues, relationships, trauma, family, youth & work relations. She is based in South Manchester and has completed 4 years advanced training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy & counselling. In a previous life she worked for over 30 years in main stream education as an English teacher, Head of Drama and Trainee Teacher Mentor. Throughout her working life she has been committed to helping the unheard in her local community; women, youngsters, LGBTQI and diverse Civil Rights groups. Since retiring from teaching she has worked as a voluntary therapist at Place2Be with primary school children; at Trafford Carers working with Adults caring for dependants & have been running a therapy group for over a year; and at Stockport Women’s Centre working with Women who have been involved with the Criminal Justice System and who have experienced anxiety, stress and trauma. She will be starting a new therapy group called Creative Relationships soon, which is a good way to do affordable therapy in a safe, resourcing group where she shares tips, tools, and tricks to help us build stronger relationships. She also runs couples, family & 121 & training workshops. www.space2Bnatural.co.uk
