Sara Koczwara
Integrative therapistAbout Me
I strongly believe that with the right support and guidance people are able to overcome any difficulties in their life and live in a healthier and more fulfilling way. One of my core values is trust and I see it as a vital part of the therapeutic process and any relationship.
I work as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist. This means that I use and combine different therapeutic techniques and modalities to help you find the best way forward.
I worked with a wide variety of clients and have experience in helping people with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, abuse, addictions, eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, gender and identity issues, and sexual problems.
I am comfortable working with clients of all ages and take an anti-discriminatory, LGBTQ+ affirmative stance, and I am open to difference in all its forms.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
