I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, with many hundreds of hours of experience with clients from all walks of life. My aim is to help women who have experienced loss to rediscover the strengths and resources that have become hidden for them, thus enabling them to reach their highest potential once more. Using a gentle combination of Solution Focused questioning and hypnotherapy, clients quickly rediscover their confidence and self worth. I now offer retreats 3 -4 times per year in the beautiful Cottages at Blackadon Farm on the edge of Dartmoor.  I have three grown children, four springer spaniels and a husband, and I am lucky to live on the edge of Dartmoor in beautiful South Devon. I am passionate about my work and the transformation that is possible when clients are open and ready for change in their lives.
