Rosie SummerhayesIntegrative counselling psychologist
I am an experienced counselling psychologist who offers you a safe confidential space where you can work on any aspects of your life that are troubling you.
I work with difficulties like depression, low mood, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxiety, stress, grieving, workplace problems, trauma, and relationships difficulties. You might have past or present experiences affecting you, or you might feel confused in knowing what the problem might be.
Sometimes it is hard to find our way forward from difficult circumstances, events, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors on our own. With someone alongside you, gaining a deep understanding of your perspective, you can gain a greater insight and understanding of yourself and what you are experiencing so that different choices can emerge.
I am here to be alongside you, to hear and support you in finding and making the changes you want.
I offer an initial conversation without charge, for you to meet with me and for us to decide if further meetings would be the most helpful way forward for you. If we decide that something else might be more helpful I will advise you on where you might seek that help.
I also offer supervision to qualified counsellors and facilitate reflective practice groups for counsellors, counselling psychologists and psychotherapists.
OnlineI also provide my services online.
