Hello! Life is full of tough challenges, but the burden can be transformed with the help of the right psychotherapist. I work from my practice in Wanstead, East London. I’m in the final stages of qualifying as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and have been seeing patients both in the NHS and private practice since 2020, following a first career in buildings and energy. Im particularly interested in how we respond to trauma and how robust healing can be triggered by understanding the patterns and connections in our lives.
