I've been working as a psychological coach since 2002 and have been qualified as a psychotherapist since 2008.

I started off life as an engineering graduate working in management consultancy. I was inspired to become a therapist when, as a client, I experienced the power of a form of regression therapy for a traumatic event.

My first trainings were in NLP, Time Line Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. Since then I have integrated learnings from Clean Language, Family Constellations, and Shamanism to create an approach that I like to call 'Psychic Plumbing'.

Over the years my work has become less technical and more intuition based. I like to keep things simple and work directly with your in the moment experiences. I use your words rather than psychotherapeutic jargon. Once change is happening there is often no need for any words to be spoken. All I ask of you is that you are honest, curious, and willing to experience emotional intensity. Between us we can usually work out the rest.
