Natasha Mazzoni
Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
I am a BACP registered Psychodynamic Counsellor, and abide by their ethical framework and guidelines.
After a lifetime living and working in the UK, I relocated in recent years to Italy, northern Tuscany. My practice offers both online and in person sessions. I offer short term and open-ended therapy for adults, I have experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and ages, including young people.
I welcome enquiries from both English and Italian speakers. I can offer online one to one sessions for those based in the UK, Italy, or potentially elsewhere, and also in person sessions at my consulting room for those more local to my practice.
Alongside my private practice, I continue to provide online counselling for individuals at the Highgate Counselling Centre (HCC) in North London. I have also been a counsellor with a university student wellbeing service in England, and while providing in person counselling for individuals at the Highgate Counselling Centre (HCC) in North London, I also fulfilled the role of assistant tutor on the counselling skills course.
In addition to my work as a counsellor, I was the project officer for the Haringey Suicide Prevention Group, based at Mind in Haringey (MiH) in London. With the support of MiH I was responsible for coordinating and developing links between statutory and non-statutory mental health organisations across North London, alongside families and individuals affected by suicide, ultimately to develop a more informed strategy for suicide prevention in Haringey.
Online sessions use the Zoom video conferencing platform.
