About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor practising in Central London and offer therapy to people experiencing emotional and psychological problems.

I provide short-term therapy aimed at dealing with an immediate presenting issue and long-term therapy aimed at facilitating change at a deeper psychological level. I use different psychotherapeutic modalities to create a unique therapeutic approach that focuses and addresses each client’s individual needs.

I lean on the foundations of psychoanalytic thought and existential philosophies, offering clients a reflective and safe space for exploration and help them develop an understanding of themselves. This usually involves dealing with the current issues but also exploring the past life events, which may have been unconsciously affecting your present day difficulties.

My way of working might be helpful for people who wish to understand themselves and what troubles them.

I currently work in private practice with a wide range of presenting problems.

I have previously worked within a specialist NHS psychotherapy service for women and provided long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy to survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trauma.

I also worked within secondary care NHS service and provided psychodynamic psychotherapy to those referred for complex, non-psychotic psychological problems.
