Mike Grant
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I believe much of the work of psychotherapy is in helping my clients think – staying with information and making sense of it. I help clients learn to really sit with their feelings – believing that by doing so they might end up where they need to be.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I experienced the challenges of the corporate world firsthand as a senior executive in the financial sector. It was my firsthand experience with work-related stress and identity issues that sparked my interest in psychotherapy. Today, I use my unique blend of corporate and therapeutic experience to help others navigate their emotional, personal and professional challenges.
I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, an institution known for its rigorous training and high standards. I also gained a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School, which has enabled me to provide focused, effective support to my clients since 2012.
As a fully accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) , I am dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in my practice. Your well-being and growth are my utmost priorities, and I continually engage in professional development to enhance my expertise.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, understand your patterns, and work towards your psychological well-being.
