About me

By combining counselling and coaching, I support you emotionally and practically with a human, whole-person approach. Sessions are conversational and collaborative, creating space for both deep reflection and purposeful change. Together, we’ll explore the personal and professional, reflect on the past and navigate the present while always focusing on the future you want for yourself. I have experience in working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, career challenges, family and relationship issues, women’s health and chronic health conditions. I also work extensively with life transitions, for example: a career change, divorce, motherhood, empty nest, menopause, navigating the journey after a late neurodiversity diagnosis or leaving a religious community. I’m honest, open, professional, and a good listener. I bring curiosity without judgment, creating a calm space for exploration and growth. I invite you to bring your whole self. I’ll challenge you gently when helpful and will celebrate your progress along the way. I work in private practice both face-to-face in the City of London (EC3V, EC4N, EC3M, EC2N) and online.

Training and qualifications

I'm a qualified therapist with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London and a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling Skills from the Gestalt Centre. I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work in private practice as a counsellor and therapeutic coach (face to face, and online). I retrained after 20 years working in the PR & Communications industry. The combination of my professional background with my therapeutic expertise is a perfect fit for clients dealing with burn-out, self-esteem issues, workplace challenges, career dissatisfaction, imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression.
