About me

I passionately believe in delivering therapies that consider a clients unique perspectives on a range of concepts to fully appreciate their situation and actively work towards modelling interventions to incorporate this. My aim is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to help facilitate an open discussion and empower you to take control of your own wellbeing. As a Clinical Director in the private sector, Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist in the NHS and lecturer in several universities, I am committed to drawing on multiple skill-sets to find the most effective treatment for you. I am enthusiastic about working with all clients in community or inpatient settings and often see people experiencing low mood, anxiety and trauma. I also engage in work supporting people from diverse groups. When working with clients, I tend to draw on a range of interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and neuropsychological assessments.
